After college in 1977 Brad founded an organization named COFAM that manufactured fiberglass tooling used to press stainless steel parts.These parts were used on the National Aeronautic Space Administration (NASA) Space Shuttle program to protect the landing gear on re-entry into the earth’s atmosphere. 

In 1979 Brad became President of Pacific Miniatures, Inc. This organization was the largest display model company in the word, manufacturing models for all the airline industry, including Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Airbus, Lockheed, Rockwell and NASA. 

During his Pacific Miniatures career, Brad invested in a good friend’s entrepreneur venture which eventually became Oakley Sunglasses. After the sale of Pacific Miniatures, Brad became Vice President of Manufacturing & Assembly at Oakley Incorporated where he utilized his expertise in plastic injection to further that organization’s success.

In 1986 Brad moved his business expertise to the photography industry where he saw the future to be in the technology of video. He formed the company Pacific Video Image which has established itself to be one of the premier videography organizations in the industry. 

Throughout Brad’s career his goal has always been to provide superior service and extend his knowledge to assist his clients in making their business a success. He looks forward to working with you in meeting your production needs as well.

Becky Best

Becky has been directing and post producing for over 14 years.  Recently she co-produced, directed, and post-produced the feature film Shattered Illusions, a dramatic thriller featuring Morgan Fairchild and Bruce Weitz.  In addition, Becky has directed many TV commercials and corporate videos including nationally recognized commercials for Chrysler-Plymouth-Jeep-Eagle, The See More Putter, Biolase, and projects for Blue Cross, Pacific Care, and Brighton. She also directs live multi-camera video productions including the Morning Star International World Conference shot live at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Becky’s extensive background editing and post production supervising, boasting over 100 credits on both the Avid and Media 100 editing systems, gives this director a smart and effective approach to scene coverage and delivery of a seamless storyline. She has edited the feature film The Apple Cup, and the feature length documentary Honor Thy Children for Léon Entertainment.

Becky’s varied experience in film and television also includes producing.  She served as executive producer on the feature film The Apple Cup; producer on commercials for Chrysler-Plymouth-Jeep-Eagle, and Cox Communications Tribune; and producer of specialty videos including The Pressure Workout with NBA star A. C. Green.

Becky attended Indiana University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, and the University of Southern California, receiving a Masters of Fine Arts in Cinema/Television Production. .


Mike Eaton

Mike is a Director and Cinematographer with extensive experience in all aspects of narrative, documentary, commercial and corporate filmmaking.

He has worked for some of the best filmmakersin the world early in his career, including Ridley Scott, Spike Jonze and Carroll Ballard, and has learned from the best how to maximize production values and create stunning visuals and storytelling no matter the budget.

He brings an energetic and collaborative spirit to every project, working with clients and other creative professionals to make each project the best that it can be.



As a Director of Photography, lighting is of paramount importance. Kenny's 26 years of Camera and Lighting Experience has been showcased on productions such as, CSI Miami, "Outlander", "Underworld Evolution", A Current Affair, Geraldo Rivera, MTV's Little Talent Show’, Good Morning America, CSI-NY, 20/20, Unclaimed Rewards, Wishbone, Walker Texas Ranger, "Spy Kids 2", and "Lily Dale". His Commercial experience includes hundreds of projects with clients such as Nokia, Miller Lite, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Applebee's, Subway, Clorox, Pier One, and Nike. Having an extensive background in Music Videos, Features, Industrials, Documentaries,  Politicals, and Commercials of all budget levels and all formats, including the latest RED technology, Kenny brings to each shoot a unique combination of creativity, efficiency and professionalism.

Extensive experience with effects such as Chroma Key, High speed photography, and Time lapse as well as Food, Product, and Miniatures

Recent Director of Photography credits include:  McDonald's,  Wal-Mart, NBC5, WFAA Weather, King5, Varsity TV, University of North Texas, Autoline TV, Clairborn School, Irish School of Ecumenics, and Royal Wade Kimes Music Videos.

Audio is half the experience of a film or video presentation and music scored to a specific project makes the action come to life. We are fortunate to have Scott as a member of the Pacific Video Image team scoring musical works of art for our productions.  

Scott attended Berkley College of Music in Boston where he fine tuned his musical ear as well as gained knowledge about the production end of the music industry.

He has continued to work in the music business the years following his education. He has produced several albums for multiple bands, toured with various groups assisting with the sound technology of a live performance, and composed music for TV and film. He continues to share his love of music through producing and engineering. 

As a member of our group, Scott assists in providing a custom musical score for the soundtrack of your Pacific Video Image multimedia production. We provide award winning original instrumental themes, with exceptional mastering and audio production to compliment your project.
  Experienced with both image and word, Bill Youngblood brings a perspective shaped by working on both sides of the camera to every assignment for Pacific Video Image. Different assignments can find him at the keyboard or the viewfinder. Projects have taken him to universities across the country and have found him covering relief efforts in Africa and Central America. Whether writing about the arcane details of Medicare coverage, the process and benefits of laser eye surgery or eliciting warm and moving testimonials for a capital campaign kick-off, Youngblood brings a personal touch and voice to his projects that reach the viewer. A USC Annenberg graduate, he spent his first five years working on projects for Public Television before going out on his own. Clients include World Vision, Five Acres, Good Samaritan Laser Eye Center, Church of Our Savior, FHP, Regency Health Services, St. George’s Laguna Hills and others. Bill’s relationship with Pacific Video started back in 1989.  
  Chris began working for Pacific Video Image in 1998. After serving five years in the United States Marine Corps, returned to work here in 2004. He is familiar with Media 100 and Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator also Macintosh operating systems, OS9 and OS10, in addition to Windows 2000, ME, and XP.  

Todd Pike started his career in feature films, working with Celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Arnold Schartzenegger, Will Ferrell, Billy Crystal, Kurstie Alley, Jack Palance, and Bob Hope.

He has traveled the world on numerous assignments shooting on both film and video.

Todd’s broadcast experience include the Academy Awards, NBC, Fox FX Network, Music Videos, TV Commercials, and an 36 episode, award winning PBS series called “Preserving The Legacy”. Todd has done projects for many companies including Microsoft, L’Oreal, Sebastian, Paul Mitchell, Wella, Proctor & Gamble, MCI, The Pampered Chef (a Berkshire Hathaway Co), Harley-Davidson, Pratt & Whitney/US Air force, Sepracor Pharmaceuticals, Nike, Sketchers, Hewlett Packard, & Sony. Other institutions and educational programs Todd has done projects for are: The J.Paul Getty Museum, the Gene Autry Museum, and the National Science Foundation.

Technical expertise includes Panavision & Arriflex cameras, HiDef and Digital Video, Betacam, Studio and Live Event Broadcasts. He is a member of the International Cinematographer Guild.
